The iQOO 15, which made its debut in China last month, is set to arrive in Malaysia this December. While the exact launch date has yet to be confirmed, the device has already received SIRIM certification, hinting at an imminent release.

The flagship features a Samsung 2K M14 AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, 2,600 nits global brightness, and an impressive 6,000 nits peak brightness. It also includes an under-display fingerprint scanner and IP68/IP69 ratings for water and dust resistance.

Powering the iQOO 15 is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, paired with the brand’s Q3 gaming chip for enhanced gaming performance. In China, it’s available in 12GB or 16GB RAM configurations with 256GB to 1TB of storage, though Malaysian variants may differ.

Running on Android 16-based OriginOS 6, the device is backed by a 7,000mAh battery supporting 100W wired and 40W wireless charging. Photography is handled by a triple-camera setup, comprising a 50MP Sony IMX921 main sensor, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom, and a 50MP ultra-wide camera, while the front houses a 32MP selfie camera.
With its flagship-level performance and gamer-focused features, the iQOO 15 is shaping up to be a strong contender in the high-end smartphone market when it launches locally in December 2025.
