The Infinix NOTE 50 series is now here in Malaysia! Interestingly, only the 5G variants are available, with no confirmation yet on the arrival of the standard 4G versions.
Leading the lineup is the Infinix NOTE 50 Pro+, featuring a 6.78-inch 1080p AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate and 1,300 nits peak brightness. It’s powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chipset, paired with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage. All three models include One-Tap Infinix AI∞, a dedicated button for AI functions like the Folax assistant, translation, and recording summaries.
The Infinix NOTE 50 Pro+ stands out with its 50MP periscope lens (3x optical zoom with OIS), alongside a 50MP main camera (OIS), 8MP ultra-wide lens, and 32MP front camera. It houses a 5,200mAh battery with 100W wired, 50W wireless, reverse, and bypass charging.
Next is the NOTE 50S, a mid-range option with the same display as the Pro+ but with curved edges. It runs on a Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chip, 8GB RAM, and 256GB storage. The Marine Drift Blue variant has a unique infused scent.
For photography, it has a 64MP main camera, a depth sensor, and a 13MP selfie camera. Its 5,200mAh battery (smaller than India’s version) supports 45W, reverse, and bypass charging.
The most budget-friendly model, the NOTE 50X, has a 6.67-inch 720p LCD (120Hz, 560 nits) and the same Dimensity 7300 Ultimate chip with 8GB RAM and 256GB storage. The Sea Breeze Green version also features a scented back.
Its camera setup includes a 50MP main lens and an 8MP front camera, while the 5,200mAh battery (down from India’s 5,500mAh) supports 45W, reverse, and bypass charging. All three models are IP64-rated for dust and water resistance.
Pricing starts at RM1,599 for the Pro+, RM899 for the 50S, and RM699 for the 50X. Infinix also launched its AI Buds (ANC-enabled) at RM399. The devices are available on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and authorized retailers.
