Huawei today unveiled the Huawei nova 2 Lite in Malaysia, specially designed for young and dynamic users. Sporting a 5.99-inch HD+ FullView 18:9 display, the phone has 12.5% more screen-to-body ratio than usual models.

Powering the device is a Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 processor with 3GB RAM and 32GB expandable storage. Additionally, the device features three card slots, meaning you can insert two Nano SIM cards and a MicroSD card at the same time.

The device packs a 13MP and 2MP dual-camera combo on the rear, allowing you to use the wide aperture mode for creating the bokeh effect. Selfie wise, it has an 8MP front-facing shooter with selfie toning flash, producing flattering soft light in low-light or even pitch black conditions.

The phone has a 3,000mAh battery with power saving 6.0 that utilizes energy-saving technologies in both hardware and software. The phone runs on EMUI 8.0 on top of Android 8.0 Oreo. Furthermore, the phone has the “WiFi Bridge” feature, which lets you share WiFi connections further with your friends and family members.

The Huawei nova 2 Lite will be available from 23 March 2018, retailing at RM799, in blue and black. The phone is available at all Huawei experience stores and authorized resellers. On top of that, Huawei will also be giving away complimentary Huawei travel bags, while stocks last.
