HUAWEI Mate Xs Sales Launch to Proceed on March 20

A few days ago, we posted the HUAWEI Mate Xs will be available nationwide starting from 20th March 2020. In light of the movement control order by the Malaysian government to curb the rising number of COVID-19 cases in the country, HUAWEI has taken measures to ensure that no one has to miss out on enjoying its latest flagship foldable device — the HUAWEI Mate Xs. The sales launch of HUAWEI Mate Xs will proceed as usual on 20 March with HUAWEI debuting their VIP home delivery service.

Customers’ health and safety are the top priorities, that’s why HUAWEI is rolling out a delivery service which will send every purchase of the HUAWEI Mate Xs from its e-commerce store, right to its customers’ doorstep. Customers can choose either to have their new HUAWEI Mate Xs delivered right to their doorstep, or they can order it online and then collect it at the HUAWEI store nearest to them or at their preferred HUAWEI store.

Additionally, all dispatchers will have masks on at all times during delivery to ensure the safety and health of the customers. They will also call the customer ahead of arriving at the delivery location and will sanitize the parcel in front of the customer before handing it over.

Retailing at RM11,111, every Mate Xs user will get a three-month warranty on the screen replacement. The company is providing a one-time screen replacement within three months from the date of purchase. This covers accidental damage caused by drop, fall, and other collisions.

However, it doesn’t cover damage resulting from unauthorized disassembly or repair, misuse, and abuse of the device, improper installation or modification of the device, or damage caused by spillage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage.

Furthermore, each purchase of the device will also get pair of HUAWEI’s Freebuds 3 worth RM679 and an Envelope Leather Case for HUAWEI Mate Xs worth RM299.
