Samsung has officially unveiled the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra and Galaxy Tab S11, delivering its most advanced tablet lineup yet. With a focus on slimmer designs, smarter AI tools, and upgraded productivity features, the new Galaxy Tabs push the boundaries of what premium tablets can do.

Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra
At just 5.1mm thin, the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra is Samsung’s slimmest tablet to date, yet it packs serious power. Its massive 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display offers a sharp 2,960 x 1,848 resolution, 120Hz refresh rate, 1,600 nits peak brightness, and an anti-reflection coating for clear visibility indoors and outdoors.
Samsung has also redesigned the S Pen, giving it a more comfortable grip, a silicone nib for precision, and a new charging position at the top of the tablet.
Under the hood, the Ultra runs on the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ processor, paired with 12GB RAM and either 256GB or 512GB storage. Powering it all is an 11,600mAh battery with 45W fast charging.
For creators and professionals, the Ultra supports Samsung DeX with Extended Mode, allowing up to four workspaces, while Galaxy AI features like Gemini Live, Writing Assist, and Drawing Assist are optimized for the large screen. The tablet also ships with an in-box keyboard, making it a strong laptop alternative.
Galaxy Tab S11
The standard Galaxy Tab S11 comes in at 5.5mm thin and a lighter 469g, with a more portable 11-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X display that maintains the 120Hz refresh rate and 1,600 nits peak brightness (though it misses out on the anti-reflection coating found on the Ultra).
It shares the same Dimensity 9400+ chip, 12GB RAM, 256GB storage, and IP68 water and dust resistance. The 8,400mAh battery should keep it running comfortably through a workday, while Galaxy AI and Samsung DeX bring the same productivity enhancements as the Ultra. Like its bigger sibling, it also includes an in-box keyboard.
Pricing & Availability
The Galaxy Tab S11 series will be available in Malaysia starting 19 September 2025, offered in Gray and Silver.
