BEST Express Malaysia has announced plans to further strengthen its nationwide logistics network in 2026 with the expansion of its smart sorting chain solutions, alongside a major move to unify its express and cargo services under a single brand.

As part of its technology upgrade, the company will be rolling out Dimensioning, Weighing, and Scanning (DWS) systems across more of its key hubs. These automated systems combine intelligent scanning and data-driven sorting to improve parcel processing speed and accuracy. With rising parcel volumes from both B2C and B2B customers, the upgraded infrastructure is expected to enhance overall efficiency while maintaining reliable service standards.
In addition to the technology rollout, BEST Express Malaysia also confirmed that it will consolidate its express delivery and cargo operations under one unified BEST Express banner starting in early 2026. This integration is aimed at simplifying internal processes, improving resource allocation, and offering customers a more seamless end-to-end logistics experience — covering everything from small parcels to bulk shipments.

With both services operating under a single framework, customers can look forward to better service coordination, more consistent service quality, and greater flexibility to meet different shipping requirements. The unified structure is also expected to make it easier for users to engage with the brand, with clearer service offerings and smoother delivery operations nationwide.
Moving forward, BEST Express Malaysia says it will continue investing in technology, network expansion, and service improvements as it enters its next phase of growth, reinforcing its position in Malaysia’s competitive logistics landscape.
