ASUS ROG Zephyrus Officially Launched with Two ROG Desktops

In conjunction with the ASUS ROG Masters 2017, ASUS ROG Malaysia also launched a few new products — ASUS ROG Zephyrus, ROG GT51, and ROG Strix GD30.

ASUS ROG Zephyrus (GX501VI)

The ROG Zephyrus is the world’s slimmest gaming laptop with NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 graphics, thanks to the Max-Q design. The laptop also comes with a custom plate design, which raises when the lid is opened.

Retails at RM15,999, the ROG Zephyrus is now available for pre-order. First 12 orders will get a special set of gifts worth RM2,000. It features a 15.6-inch Full HD 120Hz anti-glare display. Additionally, the device packs an Intel Core i7-7700HQ processor with 24GB DDR4 RAM and 1TB PCIe SSD.

The ROG GT51 is a powerful gaming desktop PC that packs a 4.8GHz Intel Core i7-7700K processor, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 2-way SLI, and 64GB DDR4 RAM. Its exclusive Aegis III three-way overclocking technology enables easy and safe processor, graphics card and memory overclocking. Retails at RM11,999, the ROG GT51 is also available for pre-order too.

The ROG Strix GD30 packs the 7th Gen Intel Core i7 processors, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1080 Ti graphics, and a plug-and-play 2.5″ SSD module. It also comes with the Aegis III three-way overclocking technology like the ROG GT51. The Aegis III software allows gamers to easily track CPU and memory usage, monitor networking status, and control fan speeds and Aura RGB lighting effects. Officially retails at RM7,499, the ROG Strix GD30 is now available for purchase.

ASUS ROG Masters 2017


Finally, the winners of the ROG Masters 2017 Malaysian Qualifier will represent Malaysia to compete at the ROG Masters 2017 APAC Qualifier held at SMX Convention Center Manila, Philippines on 26–29 October 2017. Subsequently, the ROG Masters 2017 International Grand Final to take place at Kuala Lumpur Convention Center Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia on 7–10 December 2017.
