Announced at CES 2022, the 2022 ASUS ROG Strix SCAR laptops are coming to Malaysia. The laptops come equipped with brand new Intel, AMD, and NVIDIA components, along with support for DDR5 memory.
The ROG Strix SCAR could be optioned with up to an i9-12900H CPU paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX Laptop GPU. It could also support DDR5 RAM with up to 4,800MHz and a PCIe Gen 4×4 SSD for the fastest performance. The ROG Strix SCAR also includes a MUX Switch that helps reduce latency and further increase performance when gaming by creating a more efficient path from the GPU to the display.
There are also AMD options available for the ROG Strix SCAR. Customers could choose up to an AMD Ryzen 9 6900HX processor and an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 3080 Ti Laptop GPU at 150 W.
