ASUS Republic of Gamers (ROG) has unveiled the local pricing for its ROG Phone 9 FE, a more budget-friendly option in the Phone 9 lineup. This Fan Edition model delivers upper mid-range specifications tailored for gaming and some unique features.
The ROG Phone 9 FE boasts a 6.78-inch 1080p LTPO AMOLED display, offering a refresh rate of up to 185Hz, a peak HDR brightness of 2,500 nits, and a peak global brightness of 1,600 nits. It is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, coupled with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of storage. The device has a 5,500mAh battery that supports 65W wired and 15W wireless charging.
For gaming enthusiasts, the phone features a cooling system with a vapor chamber and graphite sheet, customizable shoulder triggers, and an AniMe programmable mini-LED array on the back. In terms of photography, it includes a 50MP main camera with OIS, a 13MP ultra-wide lens, a 5MP macro lens, and a 32MP front-facing camera. The phone is also built to last, with Corning Gorilla Glass Victus 2 and an IP68 rating for dust and water resistance.
