Yesterday, we posted that the Redmi 3S is likely to launch today. Well, Xiaomi Malaysia has just announced that the Redmi 3S will be available in Malaysia on 24th September.
There will be two variants of Redmi 3S available — 3GB RAM + 32GB internal storage and 2GB RAM + 16GB internal storage.
Below are the quick rundown of the specs:

- Snapdragon 430 processor
- 2/3GB RAM
- 16/32GB internal storage
- Up to 128GB expandable MicroSD
- 13MP PDAF f/2.0 rear camera
- 5MP front camera
- Fingerprint sensor
- 4G dual-hybrid SIM
- 4,100mAh battery
The Redmi 3S will be available via its official distributor ERA International Network, and Lazada (Sold & Fulfilled by Lazada). Pricing wise, the 3GB RAM variant is priced at RM699, while the 2GB RAM model is priced at RM599. You can pre-order the 2GB RAM + 16GB variant here from Lazada on 17th September.
