OPPO recently partnered with GEMFIVE, an online shopping platform, to auction the F1 Plus FC Barcelona Players’s Signatures Limited Edition. The company successfully raised RM43,398 for this unit, which has the signatures of FC Barcelona’s superstars on it.
The initial price for the device was RM2,098, which is similar to the rest of the 9 units of F1 Plus FC Barcelona Edition (without players’s signatures). The company states that the money being raised for the F1 Plus FC Barcelona Players’s Signatures Limited Edition will be fully donated to “30 Hour Famine” by World Vision, a global youth movement against hunger and poverty.
Specs wise, the F1 Plus FC Barcelona Edition is pretty similar to the original F1 Plus — 5.5″ Full HD AMOLED display, MediaTek Helio P20 processor, 4GB RAM, 64GB internal storage, 13MP rear camera, 16MP front camera, 2,850mAh battery with VOOC Flash Charge and ColorOS 3.0 based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.
However, the FCB Edition comes with an all-black front panel, a deep Barça blue crossed by two red stripes, as well as an 18K gold-plated FC Barcelona club seal.
