Update: The MEIZU m2 note is now available in Malaysia.
Announced last month, the MEIZU m2 note will be available in Malaysia this coming Thursday (23rd July). The brand new m2 note comes with noticeable upgrade with the inclusion of MicroSD card slot, which is what the predecessor’s lack of.
The m2 note sports a 5.5″ display with IGZO technology made by SHARP. MEIZU states that the m2 note display has 1000:1 contrast ratio and 450 nits of brightness. Under the hood is a MediaTek MT6753 octa-core processor with 2 GB of RAM.
The device packs a 13 MP Samsung-made CMOS sensor with 5 elements f/2.2 aperture lens accompanied with a 5 MP OV5670 f/2.0 front camera.
The MEIZU m2 note will go on sale this coming Thursday for RM 699. For now, only the 16 GB model will be available through Lazada, while there’s no word on the 32 GB model yet at the moment.
