HP today launched three new laptops in Malaysia — Spectre 13, ENVY 15 and EliteBook Folio G1.
The HP Spectre 13 is currently the world’s thinnest laptop at just 10.4mm thin. It features a 13.3-inch Full HD display covered by a Corning Gorilla Glass.
Under the hood is the 6th generation Intel Core i processor with 8GB of RAM and 256GB PCIe-based storage. Despite thinner than the MacBook, the Spectre 13 does come with three USB Type-C ports, two of the ports support Thunderbolt data transfer.
The HP Spectre 13 features dual speakers with Bang & Olufsen audio. HP claims that its four polymer battery cells are able to provide up to 9 hours of battery life.
The HP Spectre 13 will be available in Malaysia next month at the price of RM5,999 for Intel Core i5 variant, while the Intel Core i7 variant is priced at RM6,900.
The HP ENVY 15 is a 15.6-inch laptop that comes with a Full HD display. The laptop is powered by an Intel Core i5 processor with 8GB RAM and 1TB 5,400rpm SATA drive.
Like the Spectre 13, the ENVY 15 also features Bang & Olufsen speakers. HP claims that the fast charging technology is able to charge the battery up 90% in just 90 minutes when powered off.
The HP ENVY 15 is now available in Malaysia with a starting price at RM3,699.
The HP EliteBook Folio G1 has a 12.5-inch Full HD anti-glare display. The laptop features up to an Intel Core m7-6Y75 processor, 8GB RAM and up to 256GB SSD.
I/O wise, it has two USB Type-C ports with Thunderbolt support and a microphone/headphone combo.
The EliteBook Folio G1 will be available in Malaysia next month with a start price at RM6,199 for Intel Core m7 variant.
