Announced at CES 2015, which is a year ago, ASUS Malaysia today has finally launched the ZenFone Zoom in Malaysia.
The ASUS ZenFone Zoom is the first cameraphone from the company. It is the world’s thinnest 3x optical zoom smartphone with 10-element HOYA lens, laser auto-focus, OIS, and multi-mode PixelMaster photo enhancements. The camera resolution is 13 MP though.
Other than the camera, the ZenFone Zoom packs the same specs as the ZenFone 2 (ZE551ML). It has a 5.5″ Full HD display, 4 GB RAM, 4G LTE, and a 3,000 mAh battery. The ZenFone Zoom that selling in Malaysia comes with 128 GB internal storage, which is powered by an Intel Atom Z3590 processor.
The ZenFone Zoom will be available in Malaysia by the end of this month at the price of RM 2,099.
Well, obviously you are not treating it like a normal smartphone, but a cameraphone. Be sure to stay tuned as we will be testing it in the future.
