Alcatel OneTouch Flash Plus set to be offered as a Lazada exclusive

Alcatel OneTouch’s very own dedicated selfie smartphone has arrived and is exclusively available via Lazada. This smartphone will feature a wide angle f/2.4 8 MP front selfie shooter and 13 MP rear camera.

Running the show, the Flash Plus has a 64-bit octa-core processor at 1.5 GHz which is mated to a below-par 2 GB RAM and a surprisingly large 3,500 mAh battery. The body itself is quite slim at a mere 7.9 mm thick and does offer dual SIM capabilities, a 5.5-inch 720p IPS display as well as the heavily focused aforementioned f/2.4 8 MP front and 13 MP rear cameras.

The Flash Plus also comes with 16 GB internal storage which is expandable to 32 GB via a MicroSD card. The device supports 4G LTE functionality, as per the standard in 2015. Besides that, the Flash plus is a slight step up compared to the regular OneTouch Flash, now possessing a better front camera being bumped up from 5 MP to 8 MP, a faster and more advanced processor as well as having a larger battery for improved battery life.

As for interested parties, Lazada is selling the Flash Plus at a discounted price of RM 499 starting from 25th of August up to the 7th of September. Subsequently, the device will sell for RM 549 at Lazada’s online store and is available in Slate. The Alcatel OneTouch Flash Plus is also available in Gold and White variants but there’s been no word on whether or not we will be getting those colors.
